Dan Micciche: Parents are vital, they must work together

Top Premier League Coach Dan Micciche offers insights into the collaborative role of parents and coaches in player development in this Real Sideline Experts clip. He emphasises that young players arrive at academies with most of their foundation already in place, using a “brick and wall” analogy. Coaches, in partnership with parents, are responsible for adding the final pieces without diminishing the player’s natural abilities. By working together, they can ensure the player’s growth is supported, and their unique strengths are preserved for future success.
