If we want to win in a game of football – or in life – who we are being is vital. Our inner game will create our outer game. When we are settled down inside, and we are simply present, we are naturally responsive and creative.

But what gets in the way of us being at our best and performing when it matters? With our amazing experts, we want to dive into all areas of our inner game and explore what really helps…

In this section, we will cover:

  • Big emotions – anger, tears and manic behaviour. 
  • Developing “good attitude and character.”
  • Mental health 
  • Wellbeing
  • Confidence and Resilience – finding the courage and capacity to get up and go again…
  • We will also cover education, and do we really need a plan b?

PLUS, we want to know – how are YOU doing? How are we showing up to support our child? 

This is the most important thing we can become aware of as caregivers. A gentle curiosity – where are we at?

And are we looking after No1? (That’s us btw)

We are passionate advocates of mental health and wellbeing. This platform aims to support young people, their parents/caregivers and their wider families.

Co-founder Kat works with young people and teaches mental health/resilience in schools and colleges. In 2022 she published a book for anyone struggling, especially young people, called Now is New.
