Meet Marlon.

Hi, I’m Marlon.

I’m a married father of three boys. Over the years, our family has been deeply involved in football, from grassroots to academy football at Category 1, 2, and 3 clubs.

One of my sons has represented both England and Germany at youth international level and is currently playing in Germany for a Bundesliga club.

Through this journey, we’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with navigating the football world. To better support my sons and understand the industry, I became a FIFA-licensed football agent. I’m also a qualified Personal Trainer.

I know first hand how challenging it can be not just physically, but mentally for young players trying to make their way in such a competitive environment and maintain a strong, focussed mindset and enjoy playing. I look forward to being a supportive mentor to your family.
