2. Is this platform only for parents?
Absolutely not! Our platform is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to anyone who plays a role in supporting young people’s welfare and wellbeing in youth football. This includes:
- Biological parents
- Step-parents
- Foster parents
- Grandparents
- Aunts and uncles
- Siblings
- Legal guardians
- Carers
- Family friends
- Mentors

3. Who are the experts giving advice on the site, and can they be trusted?
We invite industry professionals from various areas, not just football, to share their expertise. These professionals participate because they believe our resources are valuable in supporting parents and guardians within the football landscape. However, it’s important to note:
- Everyone has their own opinion, including our contributors.
- We encourage parents to make informed decisions by doing their own research rather than blindly following advice.
- Our platform aims to provide diverse perspectives to help you navigate the youth football journey.
4. Why are you charging membership fees?
We charge membership fees to:
- Sustain the platform and continue developing valuable resources.
- Cover costs associated with content creation, video editing, platform hosting, and software.
- Ensure the longevity of the platform and its ability to deliver more valuable resources.
- Support the founders’ efforts in crafting and maintaining such a helpful platform.
While we offer many free resources, your membership helps keep the platform running and growing.
5. How can I participate as an expert or parent sharing my experiences?
We welcome your involvement:
- Use the “Contact Us” link to express your interest in contributing.
- Participate in our Community Chat Forum to support other parents and guardians.

6. How can my organisation support your platform?
We appreciate organisational support. Please go to the Supporters > Support Us menu option and contact us there. We’ll be in touch to discuss collaboration opportunities and/ or funding support.
7. What if I disagree with the advice given on the platform?
No1Fan.club aims to facilitate conversations and discussions. Our team remain neutral and allow diverse thoughts and opinions to be shared. 8. How do I cancel my membership?
While we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your membership under your profile settings. Please note that we cannot refund partial monthly subscriptions.

We regularly update our platform with new resources, podcasts and articles to ensure you have access to new insights and expertise from different contributors sharing their stories and experiences, and the latest thinking from our industry associates.
12. Is No1Fan.club affiliated with any football club?
No, we are an independent platform. However, we welcome support from all football organisations in various ways. We also offer our services by delivering our workshop programmes within football clubs to support parents in those environments.
13. Can you run parent workshops in an academy?
We can run parent workshops for clubs and they can also purchase membership packages for the parents in their clubs.
