Terms and Conditions for Support Calls
  1. Confidentiality: All support calls are treated with the strictest confidence. However, if any discussion reveals information that could lead to the harm or potential harm of another person, this information will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
  2. Disclaimer of Responsibility: No1Fan.club does not take any responsibility for the discussions that take place during the support calls. Any guidance provided by the mentor is based on their personal experience and is not professional advice. The mentor is not responsible for any actions or outcomes resulting from the guidance provided during these calls.
  3. Opinions and Views: The mentor’s opinions and views during the support calls are their own and are shared in the strictest confidence. No1Fan. club does not endorse these opinions and views, and the platform takes no responsibility for them.
  4. Independence of Mentors: The mentors are independent individuals who share their personal experiences and insights. Their views and opinions are not linked to No1Fan.club, and the platform disclaims any responsibility for the content of the discussions.
  5. Legal Clause: By participating in a support call, you acknowledge and agree that No1Fan.club and its mentors are not liable for any advice given or actions taken as a result of the call. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the information provided during the support calls.
  6. Reporting Obligations: While confidentiality is a priority, any information disclosed during the support calls that indicate a risk of harm to an individual will be reported to the appropriate authorities in compliance with legal obligations.
  7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 or over to book a support call. No1Fan.club mentors may require you to provide age documentation. No child under the age of 18 may participate in the call with their parent.
  8. After booking your call, you will be sent a short questionnaire, which you must complete before your first call.
  9. Time Period: All calls are valid for 12 months and must occur within 12 months of booking the first call.
  10. Video Calls: Calls take place via video using Zoom or MS Teams. Sessions are not recorded.
  11. Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the session, but please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.

By booking and participating in a support call, you agree to these terms and conditions.
